This April, the Bach Project continues in Texas and Peru.
On April 12, Yo-Yo performs the complete Bach cello suites at Trinity University’s Laurie Auditorium in San Antonio, TX. The concert will also be broadcast at a free outdoor screening at Mission Marquee Plaza.
The next day, Yo-Yo joins the border community in Laredo, TX, and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, for a Day of Action, including a performance on one of the international bridges connecting the two cities.
Yo-Yo makes his way to Lima, Peru
on April 30, where he performs the suites outdoors at the Huaca Pucllana, an adobe pyramid that dates to 400 AD. Details of an accompanying Day of Action are to be announced.
